Quinoa Salad Power Bowl


Ingredients

1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/2 avocado
3-4 cherry tomatos, halved
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1 cup spring mix; kale, chard, spinach

Try this hummus salad dressing too!
